Drop In Episode VI – The revenge of the Sixth: Six Geese a-slaying
Saturday 13th December 2025
Update: Our lift is currently broken and we live on the fifth floor so access is via stairs only.
Non-urgent advice: What is a drop in?
You can come along when you like, for as long or short as you like. Some people stop by for 15 minutes on their way to the Westfield, others loiter all day – all are Welcome!
Festivities in previous years HAVE included
- Mulled wine – authentic DELIA’s recipe
- Carols accompanied by organ, when Ms. Vorderman attends
- Kerry Katona’s finest frozen foods
- Over 50 electic mix soft toys
WITH SANTA HATS - Magical REAL snow outside
- Tejan’s questionable banana flavoured rum
- The clay igloo that went on fire, RIP
This year all that, PLUS and IN ADDITION to THE FOLLOWING
- FOG both outside and INSIDE from an intentional fog generation machine, with accompanying festive fire-alarm soundtrack
- Reliable hot water supply
- LASER display and projections
- 33% extra Furby
- A cardio work-out session before entry (see above re: broken lift)
- Fewer holes in the wall
Non-urgent advice: People who came the past 5 times have reportedly had an excellent time
But you don’t need to take our word for it

“I had, quite literally, a whale of a time!”
– Humphrey the Humpback Whale, December 2023
“I have no CLUCKING idea what was going on!”
– The Knitted Chicken, December 2024

Non-urgent advice: When?
Saturday 13th December. As with previous years this is a ‘Drop In’ so you can come along at any time from Noon to Midnight that suits you! We know you’re all busy festive people, so you can fit it around other events or your Christmas shopping.
Non-urgent advice: Where?
Our flat! Flat 51 Park Central, Bow Quarter, E3 2US.
The closest tube station is Bow Road (District and Hammersmith & City lines, one stop from Mile End on Central Line) and we are also close to Bow Church DLR, which is just two stops from Stratford. You enter Bow Quarter from Fairfield Road and then use google maps to find our building, or ask the concierge, or walk around looking lost and ask a neighbour.

DO bring
- Plus ONEs, Plus TWOs and PLUS N’s Welcome! ( N ∈ N )
- Donned gay festive apparel
- BYOB or red wine suitable for the mulling pot (Delia suggests a full bodied cabernet sauvignon)
- Children and well-behaved animals
DON’T bring
- Any additional stuffed pandas, these will be provided
- Your own pipe organ, we’ve already got one here
- Owls
Returning again by popular demand – the RSVP Form
Last year we didn’t include the RSVP form because I thought people would just want to reply to Ben or Ed to say they could come and the form was too officious. But following an outcry from several people who loved completing the form, it has returned for 2025. Enjoy!
